[edit info] |
Tamama and the Tortoise de arimasu (タママ とカメ であります Tamama: to Kame de arimasu) is the second part of the 123rd episode of the anime Keroro Gunso.
The title is a reference to the story "The Tortoise and the Hare" (Aesop) (Japanese: ウサギとカメ (Usagi to Kame)).
Plot[]
Still in grandmother Akina's house, Tamama woke up early to exercise. He meets a turtle[1]. Tamama challenges the turtle, but was a bit disappointed when at the time he came back from the mountains, the turtle has only walked a bit. Dororo and Kururu tell two popular fables about a turtle, which Keroro uses to suggest a plan for the invasion: by doing it bit by bit.
It was later found out that the turtle was walking to get back to the turtle vendor, and that it was the same turtle that the vendor gave Fuyuki and Natsumi on the same festival years ago.
Notes[]
- ↑ Kame (カメ,亀) both translates in English as "turtle" and "tortoise". A turtle is assumed in this episode; also note that the title is a reference to the story "The Tortoise and the Hare".
